Share emails with users Not in included an Email
Sometime you may want someone to view an email who is not included in the original recievers list, but you may not want to include them in a forward or reply. This is where tagging come sin handy, the users will be able to read the email and see any comments made on it without anyone outside knowing.

How it works
Open the Add-On
Select the Email Comments add-on from the right-side panel in Gmail. If you cannot see it, click “show side panel” from the bottom right side of your Gmail window. You may need to log in.
Select an email
Click on any email in your Gmail window to open up that email, you will now see inside the add-on side pannel a window that corresponds to this email with the current internal recipients included.
Tag a User
You can now tag a user by typing their email and selecting them from the drop-down menu. This user will now be able to privately see the email, all the comments and make their own comments.
Tagged Users View
People you have tagged in an email can now see the content of this email inside the gmail add on (plain text) or they can open the email in their browsers for a full rich HTML view.
